Items

Gold Your money. A bag cannot contain more than 65500 pieces. Gold bags can be merged together by touching one while having another one in hand.
Battery Recharges the droid when placed on its chest which removes 25% of power from the battery. The battery's quality affects the amount of electricity it will add to the chest. Place the battery on an electric socket to recharge it. Newly purchased batteries have an initial charge of 25% their capacity and need to be recharged.
Explosives Initiates a base destruction by touching the top portion of a generator while holding explosives.
Droid Chip Holds the skills and name of a droid. You can swap chips with another droid to exchange data without affecting the inventory.
Camera Allows you to see places you are not. Click here for more information.
Planet Probe Indicates the next base to destroy when dropped on the Holamap (space).
Mine Explodes when stepped on. You can handle a mine by throwing an object on it, fire an electrical spark from a socket over it, use the Anti-Grav device to walk on the ceiling above it, let an encounter walk on it or use the deflector device and walk over.
Die When right-clicking the die in your hand while you are in front of a locked iris door that requires a combination (other than Trill's door and base entrances), the red dot indicates the lock to select. When clicking the die anywhere else, it simply displays a random die face.
Clipboard - 8 buttons Solution for an 8-buttons puzzle. This can be sold at a shop for 200 pieces.
Clipboard - 16 bars Solution for a 16-bars puzzle. This can be sold at a shop for 200 pieces.
Clipboard - Laser access Password for an access blocked by laser beams. This can be sold at a shop for 200 pieces.
Clipboard - Computer access Password for a computer that has a planet probe. This can be sold at a shop for 500 pieces.
Map When activated in a hand, it displays a portion of the map for the current base where the black zones represent accessible locations. The type of map represents the floor level (ie. "Map II" is the second floor). This can be sold at a shop for 500 pieces.
Message from Ratt A message from Captive's developer to help you out. There are 3 messages in the game. Each can be sold at a shop for 200 pieces.

Item Weight

The following table lists all items found in the game with their weight. The weight column has 3 different meanings depending on the item.
  • Armor: The value is a multiplier used after including the armor type (Human, Tindron, etc.) and quality (Basic, II, etc.)
  • Gold: The value is the minimum weight. To this is added the amount of gold divided by 64 and the final sum is divided by 10.
  • Others: The value is the direct weight.
