Grates may close the path behind you

If you step on a grate and it makes a 'click' sound, it means that the path behind you has been blocked by a wall. In order for you to remove that wall, you need to push the hidden button located behind some wall panel.

Blue doors bounce back weapon discharges

When a weapon discharge will hit a blue door, it will deflect it back. Although it also opens the door for a while, it can be very dangerous if you're firing an encounter that has a blue door behind him because once it's destroyed, the wasted ammunition will hit the blue door behind and get back right at you.

The fire hydrants

Some encounters are unable to move in water. You can open and close the fire hydrants by touching the wheel on top of it which will fill the room with water. It will also miraculously restore light to tiles that shut your vision when you step in them.

Be careful though because your droids get damaged when they get in contact with water. Make sure you are in a safe spot (a ladder going down, a door frame or a grate) or have the Anti-Grav Dev-Scape activated to walk on the ceiling.

Although it would have been fun, water does not extinguish fire!

Holes in floor and ceiling

A hole in the floor will make your droids fall on the level below. A hole on the ceiling can be reached with the Anti-Grav Dev-Scape activated and will make your droids "fall" on the level above. A hole cannot be above or below another hole.

Clipboard password

I'm starting to doubt that the name of the passwords are truly random...

The passwords are indeed randomly created using a set of syllables. These syllables are: INK, BEE, APE, KAL, HAM, FAR, LUME, TON, BERY, SY, ED, Y, ST, ING, S, DON, S, DER, PE, LTE, CEP, GIN, ES, OO, INS, ENE, THA, SIC, NE, EL, SI, SO, MID, EL, LAP, DE, EX, E, POC, SY, CHA, QUE, RAT, PHY, SCO, YUL, RUP and VI.

Strangest base

Sometimes, MapGen will generate odd bases. Base 2 of mission 2640 has got to be the smallest of them all with only 22 floor cells and one single generator instead of a group of 9 generators. Here is the screenshot from SuperCC.

Note that this is the complete base and not just some part of it!
